Whether we know it or not, adrenaline rushes occur many times a day. Normally, adrenaline is dissipated within an hour, but the increased stresses of modern life often give us a superabundance of this powerful hormone.



Such unprecedented adrenaline rushes give us a compelling reason to know how to manage overflows.



Doctors recommend deep breathing, meditation, eating a balanced diet, and regular exercise. We can no longer fool ourselves into thinking that the frail human body was made to deal with all the stress that is now our daily lot.  Nor can we believe that the body can handle that much adrenaline without a robust management program.
