A Greenville native makes it big.
Abigail Godfrey stars in Netflix’s production.
Fans of Netflix's "Selling Sunset" and "Selling the OC" know the series is full of beauty and brains.
It's also riddled with tons of personal and professional drama.
If you can't get enough of the show's real estate brokers and the luxury living they sell, there's a new installment in the series set to take place in the Big Apple. And this time, an Upstate native is taking center stage.
Godfrey is a real estate agent at Douglas Elliman, a high-end real estate company headquartered in New York City, according to Tudum. It is also one of the nation's largest brokerages specializing in luxury properties.
Godfrey gushed to Tudum about some of her NYC favorites, like the Chrysler building with its "art deco vibe" and gargoyles that overlook the city. She also shared her love for the Gramercy neighborhood, which has carriage houses, dive bars, gothic buildings, and wrought iron balconies.
"It feels like this magical neighborhood is tucked away from the bustle of the rest of the city." Godfrey told Tudum.
All episodes of "Selling the City" will be released on January 3.
